Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Charges do not include duties or customs charges. All such fees are paid for by the customer.
Couture Déco offers customizable and non-customizable designs. For the customizable or made-to-order products, Couture Déco does not accept returns or issue refunds for products that were successfully shipped to you in the correct product style, color and size specifications. These sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
In the event that we sent you the incorrect product (i.e. wrong product, size or color), please send an email within 7 days of receiving your product to: info@CoutureDeco.com with your name, invoice number and a description of the issue. Upon receipt of your email explaining the nature of your issue, we will review your order and respond with return instructions and send you a return shipment label if necessary. Please advise whether you would like the correct order, or a refund. We can either send you the correct order at no additional cost or process your refund after receiving the incorrect item in its original packaging and properly sealed.
Please be sure that the item you are returning has not been used or tampered with and that the item is in an unopened condition. This will ensure proper and timely refund to your account.
Couture Déco reserves the right to decline refund if the product is not in perfect condition. If we receive the product damaged, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason of declined return, and the product will be returned to you. Couture Déco offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise unless you have received the incorrect product. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within a couple weeks of Couture Déco receiving your return.
